On 10 October 2023, Law To Impact HUB, in collaboration with SKOPOS ESG and with the support of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TCCI), hosted the 2nd Thessaloniki ESG Forum.
The forum was opened by Emmanouil Vlachogiannis, 1st Vice President of TCCI, and Anastasia Akritidou, Founder of Law To Impact. Daphne Biliouri-Grant, CEO & Founder of SKOPOS ESG, set the stage with an introduction on why ESG is an integral part of a successful business today.
The event brought together experts and business leaders across all three ESG pillars — Environmental, Social and Governance — for a full day of discussions, case studies and open dialogue. The Environmental session featured Helen Woodhouse and Scott Chambers from Genesis Energies on Net Zero and Scope 3 emissions, followed by a case study on TITAN Cement’s ESG integration journey, presented by Plant Manager Konstantinos Nikolaou. The Social session was led by Samuel Carey from Inclusive Boards on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and Sarah Rial from Jacobs on Social Value. The Governance session covered corporate transparency and accountability with Christina Deligianni from Verimpact, and the CSRD regulatory framework with Matthew Barrell from SKOPOS ESG.
Law To Impact is at the forefront of bringing the ESG conversation to Thessaloniki, placing on the city’s agenda a topic that is fundamentally changing the way businesses operate and grow.
