On 16 September 2023, the Heinrich Böll Foundation Thessaloniki Office organised a networking and get-together event centred around a clothes swap, in collaboration with Law To Impact HUB and Cirkel. The event opened up a conversation about the circular economy in fashion — a topic gaining increasing traction on the public agenda across Europe, while in Greece it remains at a very early stage, both in terms of legislation and everyday practice.
The evening brought together people with shared questions: how to integrate circularity into daily life, what zero waste looks like in practice, and what role communities play in this transition.
