On 17 June 2025, Law To Impact HUB hosted a WHEN Thess Community meeting on the theme “Women in (Elite) Sport: Life Skills, Challenges and Lessons.” Five women with entirely different athletic journeys shared their experiences: Dimitra Kastritsi, European Champion in Artistic Gymnastics, Evgenia Markaki, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Virginia Panagiotopoulou, Director of One Salonica Branded Outlet Mall and SUP athlete, Stefania Polychroniadis, architect and triathlete, and Dr. Eleni Semaltianou, specialist educational staff in football at AUTh, UEFA A coach and former player of the Greek Women’s National Football Team.
Different sports, different stories and so much in common that was worth hearing.
